Frequently Asked Questions

There are two ways to work together.
The most common is the 12-week coaching program. We start with a comprehensive movement assessment and swing analysis, then move into a structured progression of mobility, strength, and golf-specific work built around your body and your game. You get a personalized program that updates as you improve, weekly check-ins, and direct access to me throughout. This is for golfers who are ready to address the physical side of their game with a clear, guided process.
If you're not sure you're ready for that level of commitment, we can start with a standalone assessment session. We go through a full movement screen and swing analysis together, I explain everything I find and why it matters, and you leave with a clear picture of what your body needs and what to work on. Some people take that and run with it on their own. Others decide they want the full guided process. Either way you leave with clarity.
The strategy call is the best place to figure out which is the right fit for you.

Yes, and most people find it makes their lessons more effective. By improving your mobility, strength, and movement coordination, your body becomes more capable of doing what your pro is asking. Swing changes are easier to make and easier to repeat over an entire round without breaking down.
Think of it this way: I build the physical foundation. Your pro puts it together.
I can work in coordination with your instructor if that's useful.

No. This is remote performance coaching, not clinical physical therapy, and not a substitute for in-person treatment if you need it. My clinical background informs everything we do, but the program is designed for golfers who want to move and play better long-term. If I assess that you need in-person care, I’ll tell you.

No. Most of the golfers I work with are not injured in the traditional sense. They're dealing with chronic stiffness, recurring soreness, a loss of distance or consistency, or a feeling that their body is starting to limit their game.
You don't need a diagnosis to benefit from this work. You just need to recognize that things are heading in a direction you don't want, and be ready to do something about it.

That's the most common thing I hear. Most programs fail for the same reason. They give you something to follow but no one to adjust it when things change, and no way to know if you're actually doing the right things for your specific body.
The difference here is that everything is built around your assessment findings, progressed based on how you're actually responding, and supported by someone with 15 years of clinical experience who knows what to look for. It's not a program you follow. It's a guided process with someone who adjusts it with you.
